Access to these Google services is strictly limited to authorized Tenacious Automation personnel and protected by Google's authentication and encryption standards.

Data stored in Google Sheets or Drive is used solely for:

• Internal organization of demo and scheduling information
• Generating performance reports and follow-up lists
• Securely syncing data with automation tools like Make.com or Supabase

If customer-specific Google integrations are ever required, they will occur only under the customer's own credentials and explicit consent. We never request or store customer Google login information, and we never access your Google Drive without authorization.

Our systems use secure, encrypted databases (Supabase SQL) with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) to prevent unauthorized access.

Data that flows through Make.com, n8n, or other automation platforms is processed through secure, OAuth-based integrations. No passwords or raw credentials are stored.

We maintain full audit logs for access and deletion requests.

We retain your contact information for a short, limited period — typically up to 30 days — to allow for up to two follow-up communications related to your demo or scheduling experience.

After that period (or upon your request), your personal data is automatically deleted from our system unless you explicitly request continued contact or service engagement.
